Life coaching can make parenting fun!
Parenting is a task we all look forward to. We start out with the best intentions, wanting to give our children all the love and support they need to grow into healthy, confident adults. Their happiness matters, and so does our own. And of course we do not want to repeat the mistakes our own parents made.
“If you have never been hated by your child you have never been a parent.” Bette Davis
When the realities of daily family life catch up with us we may loose sight of these ideals. We have to cope with children who don’t want to eat or get dressed, are never getting ready for school on time, talk back to us and complain all day. When we get into a shouting match with the offspring, it makes us feel incompetent, discouraged, a failure as a parent.
Life coaching can help you understand the way your children communicate, and how to shape your own interaction with them.
Parenting is a challenge. Creating a loving, healthy family is quintessential for our emotional well-being. Building a family is always about maintaining the relationships between spouses, between parents and children, also with ourselves. The health and strength of these ties determine the well-being of the family as a whole. You would resort to competent advice on your finances or the state of your car, so why not on the single most important task in your life? The task of parenting happy children and generating a loving family environment?

Learn to pay attention to the health and balance of our own mind, body and soul! It will make you happier, more attentive and receptive in your dealings with others. Being mindful with yourselves avoids emotional depletion and strenghthens the ability to give and care.
